Job summary

Fres-co System USA, Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent (Multifamily) for a Denver, CO project. You will oversee on-site activities, mentor junior staff, and manage subcontractors, schedules, and safety programs.

The role requires leadership of field operations, strong coordination with the project team, and ensuring compliance with project plans and contracts. Competitive compensation is offered for a senior-level level candidate.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with P6 or scheduling software.
• Understanding of construction delivery methods and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field activities and manage on-site operations.
• Mentor and supervise Assistant Project Superintendent and Field Engineers.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors and safety programs.
• Maintain and enforce project schedules and quality control.
