Job summary

Fres-co System USA, Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities in Denver, CO. You will supervise field operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality across the project.

The role requires coordinating with the project team, maintaining schedules, and enforcing site safety and SWPPP measures. A four-year degree or equivalent field experience is required, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and project controls (P6, MS Project).
• Experience coordinating field operations, safety, quality, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field activities and on-site administration for projects.
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Project Superintendents, Field Engineers and laborers.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site safety programs; maintain project schedules.
