Job summary

Fres-co System USA, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Project Superintendent to manage field operations on construction projects from Denver, CO. You will supervise assistants, field engineers, and laborers, while coordinating subcontractors and vendors.

The role emphasizes site safety, schedule control, and cost-aware management across multi-million dollar projects. Travel and leadership are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or P6 Scheduling Software.
• Knowledge of various construction delivery methods and codes.
• OSHA 30-Hour Safety Course; First Aid and CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations and on-site administration.
• Coordinate all field inspections and testing.
• Mentor field staff and junior superintendents.
• Develop site safety programs and unit-level quality controls.
• Maintain and enforce project schedules (P6 baseline / 8-week look ahead).
• Prepare and submit weekly reports and time sheets.
