Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong scheduling and project controls experience (P6/MS Project).
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field activities across multiple sites and budgets.
• Supervise and mentor field staff and subcontractors.
• Develop and enforce site safety programs and QA/QC processes.
• Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor activities.
• Maintain project schedules and prepare progress reports.
