Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
• 10-15 years of relevant project field experience as a Field Engineer, Assistant Project Superintendent or Project Superintendent.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (MS Project or P6) and related tools (Prolog, Viewpoint, CMiC, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, etc.).
• OSHA 30-Hour Safety Course; First Aid and CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field activities and mentor staff across projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules (P6/MS Project) and look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and field inspections.
• Ensure site safety programs and SWPPP measures are followed.
• Maintain working documents, submittals and daily correspondence.
