Job summary

Fres-co System USA, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Senior Project Superintendent to oversee field activities, supervise multiple on-site teams, and ensure successful project delivery from planning through closeout.

You will mentor Project Superintendents and field staff, coordinate with vendors and owners, and enforce site safety and quality controls across complex projects with tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree in CM, engineering, architecture or equivalent experience.
• Extensive field supervision and project management experience across large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and coordination of multiple subcontractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field activities for one or more projects with budgets up to $150M+.
• Mentor and supervise Project Superintendents, Field Engineers and labor teams.
• Develop site logistics, safety programs and project baselines; manage change order processes.
