Job summary

Fres-co System USA, Inc. seeks an Assistant Superintendent to support field activities on multiple projects. You will assist Senior Project Superintendent and manage segments of large projects, ensuring schedules, safety, and documentation are maintained.

The role requires a four-year degree or 3–5 years field experience, MS Office proficiency, and familiarity with scheduling tools. OSHA 30-Hour and First Aid/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field or 3–5 years field experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; familiar with scheduling software.
• OSHA 30-Hour Safety; First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead project budgets of $1M–$10M on projects.
• Assist Senior Project Superintendent and large project team.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Maintain site safety programs and SWPPP measures.
• Coordinate material procurement and deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain working project documents.
• Attend weekly Foreman meetings and document them.
