The role partners with estimators, superintendents, and design professionals to manage GMP, budgets, cash flow, change orders, and subcontractor coordination, while maintaining safety and documentation across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience managing K-12 projects preferred.
