Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily to help operate, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair on commercial buildings and related systems. The role covers grounds, equipment, and building finishes, with an emphasis on safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of related property maintenance experience, plus hands-on training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing. Valid driver’s license and flexible shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, and hydraulic/mechanical devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Replace and repair building finishes and painting where needed.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as assigned.
