Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Groundskeeper for multifamily properties to assist with building maintenance and grounds care in a fast-paced environment. You will troubleshoot systems, service pumps and controls, and help install and modify equipment as needed.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience and basic training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing, with a valid driver's license. You may work on various facilities and respond to emergencies while ensuring safety and quality

Qualifications

2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair.
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, and controls.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Replace and repair building finishes and paint where needed.
Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe conditions and preventative maintenance.
Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as assigned.
