Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Jacksonville is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Multifamily and commercial properties. You will assist with operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems at assigned facilities.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience, HVAC/electrical/mechanical training, a valid driver’s license, and basic computing skills. You will work with building automation, respond to emergencies, and support safety and compliance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• HVAC, electrical or mechanical training or certification.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and basic computing skills (Outlook, Excel & Word).

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, electrical and hydraulic devices.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as assigned.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe conditions and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems as assigned.
• Use building automation systems and related technology.
