Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to help operate, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, and equipment across assigned properties.

The role requires experience in a commercial property setting (2+ years), basic computing skills, and a valid driver’s license. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to emergencies, and help keep facilities safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.
• Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems as assigned.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as needed.
