Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties. The role focuses on delivering quality move-in experiences, rapid response to resident requests, and high standards of service.

The technician assists with basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal as needed. Responsibilities also include maintaining common areas, reports to the Maintenance Supervisor, and ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local city required certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make ready apartments including painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Respond to resident requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Perform maintenance tasks (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry) as assigned.
• On-call may be required for after-hours emergencies.
