Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our residents with timely upkeep, quality move-ins, and exceptional service. You will handle make-ready tasks, basic repairs, and safety compliance across properties, while delivering professional customer interactions and on-site reliability.

The role requires 1+ year(s) of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and industry certifications.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of related maintenance experience.
EPA 608 Type II and CPO certifications required.
Valid driver’s license and ability to read manuals.

Responsibilities

Prepares make ready apartments including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep.
Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
Maintains plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal as applicable.
Upholds grounds, pools, common areas, and dog park amenities in safe condition.
On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.
Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Performs scheduled maintenance per supervisor's guidance.
Adheres to fair housing laws and safety procedures.
