Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, and housekeeping.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance and schedule activities; ensure life safety and compliance.
• Maintain grounds, pools and common areas; handle on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Adhere to housing laws, codes and Cushman & Wakefield safety policies.
