Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Colorado is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties. You will support make-readies, handle resident requests, and perform building upkeep to ensure a safe, comfortable living environment.

The role requires knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry, with on-call duties possible. A valid driver's license and relevant certifications are essential for this on-site position in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO or city certificate required.
• Able to read and understand policies, safety rules and manuals.
• Knowledge of maintenance tasks across plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry.
• Able to perform job duties in a professional manner with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with repairs and painting as needed.
• Respond to resident requests promptly with a professional attitude.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and on-call tasks as required.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities in safe condition.
• Report maintenance concerns to supervisor and document actions.
