Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily (Floating) to support on-site property operations in Colorado. You will handle make-ready tasks, engage with residents, and ensure timely service delivery with a focus on safety and quality.

The role involves HVAC, plumbing, basic electrical, and carpentry work across properties. Strong organizational skills and a valid driver’s license required; on-call shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade/technical schooling preferred.
• EPA 608 Type II certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read policies and safety instructions.
• Ability to perform basic carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and service HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry tasks.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with snow removal as needed.
• On-call may be required for after-hours emergencies.
• Report maintenance concerns to supervisor and perform tasks as scheduled.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and housing laws.
