Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily, to support on-site properties and ensure high-quality move-in experiences for residents. You will handle repairs, routine maintenance and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep units ready for occupancy.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or trade schooling, EPA 608 Type II and a valid driver’s license. The role requires basic carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and electrical skills and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's license required.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local city certificate required.
• Ability to read and understand manuals, safety rules and operating instructions.
• Basic technical skills in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting and electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with repairs, cleaning and painting to ensure quality move-in experience.
• Respond to resident requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and painting as needed.
• Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs and common areas to keep them safe and presentable.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies; participate in required training.
