Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily to support residents and ensure quality move-ins and timely service. The role requires basic trades skills, on-site attendance, and a customer-service mindset.

The candidate should have 1+ year of related experience, a valid driver's license, and EPA 608 Type II/CPO certifications. On-site work includes outdoor/indoor maintenance, safety compliance, and after-hours availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• EPA 608 Type II certification and CPO or local city certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make-ready apartments including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Responds to resident requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and performs duties as assigned.
