Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties in Denver. You will oversee preparation of market-ready apartments, respond to resident requests, and manage preventive maintenance to ensure quality and safety. The role requires relevant certifications and several years of maintenance experience.

The position involves on-site work across properties, with the ability to handle on-call emergencies and ensure compliance with housing laws and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school required.
• EPA 608 - Type II or CPO certification or local city required.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs and housekeeping.
• Completes resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains knowledge of maintenance functions including plumbing, pool maintenance, A/C, heating, carpentry, appliances, electrical, painting, caulking, snow removal and life-safety issues.
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas and dog parks, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Performs on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Reports budget-affecting maintenance issues to the manager.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and records such activities.
