Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties. You will perform make-ready tasks, respond to resident requests, and maintain outdoor and common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years of related experience, and relevant certifications (EPA 608 Type II, CPO). The role requires on-site work, physical ability, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational schooling required.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read/understand documents such as policies, safety rules, and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready tasks for apartments including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly with a professional attitude.
• Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities.
• Follow safety procedures and wear Cushman & Wakefield uniform.

Valid Driver's license

CPO or local city certificate

Reading policy manuals
