Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties. You will perform make-ready tasks, respond to resident requests, and maintain common areas to deliver a high standard of service.

The role requires knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal where applicable. On-site duties include grounds and amenity maintenance with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational schooling.
EPA 608 Type II certification and CPO or local city required certificate.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, carpet repairs, cleaning and general repairs.
Respond to resident requests promptly with professional attitude.
Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Attend training programs as required and follow Cushman & Wakefield safety procedures.
Handle on-call tasks for after-hours emergencies as needed.
Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and perform scheduled duties.
