Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily to support our residents with timely, courteous service and quality make-ready apartments. You will handle repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic safety checks at multiple properties.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Expect on-site work with potential after-hours calls and travel between properties, ensuring a safe, welcoming living environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and basic repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns to the supervisor and perform scheduled tasks.
