Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Multifamily properties in Colorado. The role focuses on quality move-ins, resident satisfaction, and timely service. You will handle a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure safe, clean communities.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry. On-site work with on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, carpentry, painting and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Support maintenance duties and report to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities for safety and cleanliness.
• Follow safety procedures and protect tools and equipment.
• Attend required training and represent Cushman & Wakefield professionally.
