Job summary

The Maintenance Technician role at Cushman & Wakefield is a frontline position supporting residents with move-ins, service requests, and high-quality customer care across multifamily properties. You will perform maintenance tasks across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and grounds keeping with safety and compliance in mind.

On-site work requires reliability, punctuality, and strong communication; you may travel between properties, respond to emergencies, and participate in training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, trade/technical/vocational training.
• 1+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, cleaning and repairs.
• Respond promptly to resident requests with professionalism.
• Perform maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry.
• Maintain grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues to the supervisor.
• Attend required training and stay compliant with company policies.
