Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties. You will be responsible for making ready units, addressing resident service requests, and performing a range of maintenance tasks to ensure high resident satisfaction.

The role requires knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs, with on-site responsibilities and possible after-hours on-call. Safety and compliance are emphasized in this position.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; GED or trade school acceptable.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local city certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, cleaning, and basic repairs.
• Respond to resident requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide on-site maintenance support and quality service to residents.
• Perform maintenance tasks in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal as applicable.
• Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities in clean, safe condition.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.
