Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily, to support our residents with quality move-in readiness and timely service. You will perform make-ready tasks, respond to requests, and help maintain common areas and amenities across properties.

The role requires a valid driver's license, EPA 608 Type II certification, knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and the ability to read safety and policy manuals.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's license, EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local city required certificate.
• Ability to read/understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to prepare and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several known variables in routine situations.
• Ability to follow written, oral or diagrammed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Knowledgeable in maintenance: plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, carpentry, painting, snow removal.
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas, dog park amenities.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
