Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily to support make-ready units and deliver quality move-in experiences for residents. The role covers painting, repairs, and general upkeep to ensure satisfaction and safety.

The technician responds to resident requests with a professional attitude, adheres to safety rules, and assists the maintenance supervisor with scheduled tasks and on-site operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II certification; CPO or local city certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas and dog park to keep safe and presentable.
• Perform maintenance per supervisor’s schedule and report issues.
• Attend required trainings and comply with safety procedures.
