RangeWater Real Estate seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep interior and exterior property areas clean, safe, and functional. You will handle resident requests, perform make-readies, and support cost-control through proper part usage.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years of apartment maintenance. Proficiency with Entrata Yardi or One Site is preferred, plus EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours and perform routine upkeep.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units, inspect, and coordinate vendors.
• Repair components to extend life before replacement and manage material usage efficiently.
• Track inventory, document work orders, and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Occasionally inspect contractor work to verify quality and scope.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA and local safety requirements.
