Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the property’s safety, appearance, and functionality. You will handle work orders, perform repairs, and oversee make-ready tasks for vacant units to ensure timely leasing and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in apartment maintenance, EPA refrigerant certifications, and proficiency with Entrata Yardi or OneSite. This is an on-site role with a 40-hour week and a focus on safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA refrigerant certifications Type I/II or Universal required.
• Experience using property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of common areas, buildings, and grounds.
• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours and diagnose issues.
• Finish make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling repairs.
• Fix components when possible to control costs and reduce waste.
• Document work and inventory, and report order needs to maintenance supervisor.
• Periodically inspect contractor work for quality and safety compliance.
