Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service multifamily properties. The role involves completing work orders, performing make-readies, and ensuring safety and quality across indoor and outdoor spaces.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license. Local travel may be required and familiarity with Entrata Yardi or One Site is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned maintenance work orders within 24–48 hours and conducts routine upkeep.
• Executes make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing, including inspections and punch lists.
• Repairs components instead of replacing parts when feasible and manages materials efficiently.
• Tracks inventory and coordinates with vendors and the maintenance supervisor.
• Documents work performed for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• May inspect contractor work to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Follows safety policies and participates in safety meetings.
