Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep interior and exterior areas of our multifamily properties in top condition. You will handle work orders, complete make-readies, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal across common areas and amenities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of apartment maintenance, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA refrigerant certifications Type I/II or Universal required.
• Driver's license current and valid.
• 1-3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours and perform routine maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units, inspecting and coordinating tasks.
• Repair rather than replace parts when possible to control costs.
• Track materials from maintenance shop and notify supervisor when re-orders are needed.
• Document work and assist in property inspections for safety and quality.
• Observe safety policies and participate in required safety trainings.
• Provide courteous resident interactions and handle complaints professionally.
• Assist in periodic property inspections and communicate needs to management.
• Other duties as assigned.
