Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is hiring a Maintenance Technician to service inside and exterior property areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will handle work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and contribute to making ready units for leasing.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years’ apartment maintenance experience, strong communication, and knowledge of Entrata Yardi and OneSite. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and delivery skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata Yardi and/or One Site).
• EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant certifications; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacants for leasing.
• Inspects and ensures safety and quality in common areas and units.
• Maintains proper documentation and logs; assists supervisors as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors and ensure work meets standards.
