RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure indoor/outdoor areas meet safety and aesthetic standards across the property. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete work orders promptly to support resident satisfaction.

The role requires 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, EPA certifications, and a valid driver's license; familiarity with Entrata/Yardi and One Site is preferred.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA certifications Type I/II or Universal required.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests within 24 to 48 hours and performs routine upkeep to meet property standards.
• Completes the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing, including pre-move-out inspection and punch list.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible.
• Tracks inventory and notifies management when re-ordering is needed.
• Completes documentation and paperwork for service requests to be tracked.
• Periodically inspects work performed by contractors to verify quality and adherence to standards.
• Attends safety meetings and completes required OSHA training.
• Provides customer service by addressing resident questions and concerns with professionalism.
• Travels locally as needed for errands or training.
