Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA certifications Type I & II or Universal required for refrigerants.
• Current valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Complete 24–48 hour work orders and routine upkeep.
• Finish the make-ready process for new move-ins.
• Repair rather than replace parts when possible to control costs.
• Track inventory and notify re-orders; use tools properly.
