Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service inside and exterior areas of our properties. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and complete make-ready tasks for vacant units, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, strong communication, and proficiency with property management software. A valid driver's license and EPA refrigerant certifications are required as listed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks to ensure property buildings, grounds, and amenities meet company standards.
• Completes work orders within 24–48 hours and conducts make-ready processes for vacancies.
• Inspects and coordinates with vendors/contractors when needed and manages basic inventory.
• Maintains safety and OSHA compliance and documents work accurately for records.
• Provides responsive customer service to residents and team members.
