Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance on interior and exterior areas and responds to resident requests.
• Completes make-ready process for vacant units with inspections and scheduling.
• Maintains safety, documents work orders, and coordinates with vendors when needed.
