Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for interior and exterior property areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, perform timely repairs, and support make-ready processes for vacant units.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, documenting work, and coordinating with vendors while maintaining safety standards and quality. Strong communication and hands-on skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and delivery skills to interact with residents and team members.
• Ability to diagnose and repair maintenance issues efficiently and safely.
• Proficiency with basic computer and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident requests and complete work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacants for leasing and move-ins.
• Inspect property for safety and quality; follow safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist in preventing waste by repairing instead of replacing parts when feasible.
• Maintain proper documentation of work orders and inventories.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors when needed and verify work quality.
