Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our multifamily properties safe, clean, and functional. You will handle work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and assist in make-ready tasks to prepare homes for leasing, while coordinating with vendors and management.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA certifications Type I/II or Universal for refrigerant recycling required.

Responsibilities

• Tackle 24–48 hour work orders and routine maintenance to meet safety and quality standards.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and coordinating vendors.
• Inspect, repair, and document work; follow safety policies and OSHA requirements; interact professionally with residents.
