Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across community buildings, units, and common areas. You will assist in corrective, preventative, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, ensuring timely responses to work orders and maintaining safety standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing Laws. On-call property emergencies and a comprehensive total rewards package are included.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• The Maintenance Technician role requires hands-on maintenance experience across preventive, corrective, and cosmetic tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance for the property, including preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend property life and reduce future repairs.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain proper chemical logs.
• Assist with unit inspections and make-ready status records.
