Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across its properties. The role involves routine and preventive tasks, responding to resident requests, and assisting with make-ready processes, under supervision from the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing Laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance across community facilities.
• Respond to resident/management requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain pool, grounds, and common areas.
• Assist with make-ready process and turnover events.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergency rotation.
