Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with the maintenance processes across the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks. The role supports make-ready activities under supervision and contributes to exceptional resident experiences.

The position requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events and scheduling.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for hazards.
• Assist in the maintenance shop, inventory, and safety procedures per OSHA guidelines.
• On-call emergency duties at the community as needed.
