Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in carrying out maintenance processes for our properties. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, including make-readies and safety checks.

The role requires daily on-site attendance, ability to follow OSHA guidelines, and strong attention to resident safety and service quality. On-call emergencies and strong teamwork are expected as part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance/repair-related turn events and ensure repairs for common areas and units.
• Maintain the maintenance shop and keep records of service requests and safety standards.
• On-call emergency participation at the community as needed.
