Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance operations across its communities. The role involves corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks and daily upkeep of common areas and units.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. On-call duties and safety compliance are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
• Perform routine, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance as directed
• Assist with make-ready processes and inventory of maintenance supplies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized maintenance shop and follow safety guidelines.
