Job summary

Asset Living, a national property management partner, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support community upkeep across properties. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-readies and pool care.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. On-site work, on-call readiness, and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: respond to requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform maintenance in common areas and units to ensure safety and functionality.
• Assist with scheduling and execution of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain exterior areas, pools, and chemical logs as required.
• Inspect facilities daily to identify hazards and address issues.
• Maintain an organized maintenance shop and follow safety standards.
