Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support ongoing property maintenance, make-ready processes, and preventative work across the community. You will respond to requests, perform routine and emergency tasks, and help maintain safety standards under supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA guidelines. A safe, collaborative environment with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance, prevention, and cosmetic tasks across community areas.
• Assist with make-ready process and unit inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the maintenance shop.
• Participate in on-call emergency support and report hazards.
