Job summary

Asset Living in El Paso, TX, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Tuscany at Mesa Hills community. You will carry out corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring property excellence and guest satisfaction.

The role requires daily onsite attendance, responsiveness to work orders, and adherence to safety guidelines, including EPA/OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance required.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings and common areas.
• Maintain pool cleaning and chemical logs.
• Assist in scheduling maintenance and turn events.
• Maintain organized, safe maintenance shop and comply with OSHA.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
