Job summary

Integrityamc in El Paso, Texas is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the community's physical integrity and provide clean, safe living environments for residents and staff. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and grounds; responding to work orders and safety issues; and coordinating with supervisors.

This role requires on-site presence, ability to work on-call and weekends, and a commitment to safety and excellent resident

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of property maintenance experience.
• Ability to be on call and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical integrity of the community and ensure a clean, well‑maintained living environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and related systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate with the supervisor.
• Ensure safety standards and proper use of PPE at all times.
• Assist in groundskeeping and general upkeep of the property.
