Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain the maintenance shop, inventory, and supplies.
• Perform pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and amenities daily for hazards.
• Assist in unit inspections and make-ready processes.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and safety programs.
