Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Ascent Apartments (UT). The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

On-site attendance is required, with responsibilities including responding to service requests, pool maintenance, and daily upkeep. A High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in the maintenance of community common areas, buildings, and units.
• Perform preventive, routine, cosmetic, and emergency maintenance as directed.
